Frequently Asked Questions
Can you do a full event setup? or only certain items if thats all we need?
We can do either. Most clients choose the full build because it’s simpler: delivery, install, and teardown, with the tent, layout pieces, and key infrastructure working together.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
We plan for it. We’ll recommend the right tent style, anchoring, and add-ons so your setup is stable and comfortable when wind or rain shows up. If weather changes your needs, we’ll help you adjust the plan.
My space is uneven or “not a venue.” Can you still make it work?
Yes. Fields, yards, and parking lots are common. We’ll guide tent placement, guest flow, and access so it feels intentional and guest-ready, even if the ground isn’t perfect.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is better-especially for peak weekends and larger setups. If your date is close, still reach out. If we have inventory, we can often build a solid plan fast.
Is this going to get expensive once we start adding everything?
Not if it’s planned properly. We’ll build a setup around your guest count and priorities, then give you clear pricing so you can choose what matters most and avoid surprise add-ons later.
