Yes, if you want people to feel comfortable. We’ll recommend the smallest setup that still works for your guest count and event length, so you’re not overbuying.
Will it work at our venue if power or water is limited?
Most sites are doable. We’ll go over your details and recommend a setup that fits, including backup power options and the right plan for water needs.
What if it shows up late or something goes wrong?
We confirm logistics upfront and coordinate delivery and setup so event day runs smoothly. The goal is reliability, not surprises.
Where does the trailer go, and will it look awkward?
Placement is part of the plan. We’ll help you choose a spot that’s convenient but discreet, so it feels seamless with your layout.
How do we know how many stalls we need?
You don’t have to guess. Tell us your guest count and event duration, and we’ll recommend the right configuration to reduce lineups without overspending. Rough estimate is 1 per every 100 guests.
What access do you need for delivery?
We need to be able to drive a full size truck and trailer in and out without getting stuck or hitting anything. No low hanging branches can scrape the trailer.
Can we have long term or multi day events?
Yes, based on the number of guests and duration we may schedule additional cleanouts.
What power is needed?
To have consistent shore power the trailer needs minimum one 15 amp wall plug with nothing else on it. This should run the lights, pump, and air conditioning.
