What if the weather turns — wind, rain, or cold?
We plan for real weather, not best-case weather. Your package includes standard safety coverage, clear wind thresholds, and on-site weather monitoring. If conditions change, we already have the plan to keep things safe and comfortable.
Why are you more expensive than some other companies?
Some companies price for equipment only. We price for the outcome: a space that looks great, runs smoothly, and stays safe — with clear communication, fast responses, and a team that owns the day from setup to teardown.
We’ve never hosted an acreage wedding — how do we know what we need?
You don’t need to become an expert. We guide you through the big calls like tent size, layout/flow, power, lighting, and guest comfort so nothing important gets missed.
What if something breaks or doesn’t work during the event?
You’re not left hanging. You get a dedicated event representative, a 24/7 event hotline, and service guarantees. If something goes sideways, we respond fast and fix it.
Do you handle teardown — including tables and chairs?
Yes. Teardown labour for tables and chairs is included, so you’re not ending the night stacking furniture or asking family to clean up.
How long do I have the tent for?
You typically have the tent for the full stretch of your celebration — we set it up before your event and take it down after, so you’re not racing the clock on wedding day.
If you’re doing a welcome night and next-day brunch, we can schedule it so the tent covers the whole weekend.
What do you need from us to quote accurately?
We’ll typically ask for event date, guest count, location, and your rough vision. If you have photos of the property, those help us plan faster and avoid guesswork.
Can you coordinate with our other vendors?
Yes. We can align timing and requirements with your planner, caterer, DJ, and photographer so power, access, and setup order don’t become last-minute problems.
How do you protect the lawn and keep the property from getting torn up?
We plan for traffic flow, equipment access, and stable flooring where needed, so the site stays organized and you don’t end up with avoidable damage or messy bottlenecks. Equipment is heavy and each location is unique, some damage to lawns can occur, even with our specialty equipment. This can be mitigated by booking additional ground protection.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak wedding dates, booking early gives you the best availability. Once your date is reserved, we’ll lock in the plan and keep the next steps simple and clear. Booking up to a year in advance ensures the most popular dates have availability, but we can squeeze last minute tents in sometimes as well.
